Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was dispatched compared to what was ordered.
  • The product has a defect.
  • There is an incorrect charm or a spelling mistake.
  • The item was damaged upon receipt by the customer.
  • We are unable to replace the same item.

Once we receive and review the returned product, we will ship a replacement item. If we are out of stock, a refund will be issued. We will make every effort to keep the customer informed about the status of the refund, return, or exchange.

The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging, including any additional items such as name tags, charms, coupons, invoices, etc. Any complaints should be raised within 3 days of receiving the product or within 3 days after we request additional details such as images or order numbers.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

If any charm is missing from our side, we will proactively refund the amount. For hampers, refunds will only be processed for the incorrect item, not the entire hamper.

In case of a technical error resulting in double payment, we can either provide a full store credit or a refund after deducting a 5% processing fee.

Partial COD Orders

If you choose to pay partially in advance and partially by cash on delivery (COD), please note that the prepaid portion will not be refunded if the delivery is refused by the customer, as the products are personalized.

Delays may occur due to operational issues with the courier company, which are beyond our control.

If the courier company is unable to find your address or deliver the products, we will reship the item once it is returned to us by the courier company. The remaining COD balance must be paid before we can reship the product.

We use Bluedart, Ecom Express, Delhivery and Xpress Bees and few other reputed 3rd party logistics company.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and items with applied discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping

We have partnered with a reputable logistics company for shipping. Items are shipped within 2-3 working days post order confirmation and may typically take 7-10 days to reach their destination, depending on location.

The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location. If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will attempt to contact the customer via call or email for 3 months. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for re-delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Once ordered, products cannot be canceled as they are customized and cannot be reused or resold to another customer.
