📦 Returns & Exchange Policy
Q: Under what conditions can I return a product?
A: Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product is defective
- Charm or personalization (e.g., name) is incorrect
- Item is damaged upon receipt
Q: What happens after I return the product?
A: We inspect the returned item and either:
- Send a replacement
- Or issue a refund if out of stock
You'll be informed throughout the process.
Q: What are the return conditions?
A: Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Include charms, tags, invoices, etc.
Complaints must be made within 3 days of delivery or 3 days after we request further details.
💰 Refund Policy
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 days of return approval and credited to the original payment method.
Q: Do you refund missing charms or items from hampers?
A:
- Yes, for missing charms.
- For hampers, only the incorrect item is refunded—not the entire hamper.
Q: What if I was charged twice?
A: If a technical error causes double payment, you’ll get:
- A full store credit, or
- A refund with 5% processing fee deduction.
💵 Partial COD Orders
Q: Will I get a refund if I refuse delivery of a partial COD order?
A: No, the prepaid portion is non-refundable as items are personalized.
Q: What if my address wasn’t found by the courier?
A:
- We will reship once we receive the undelivered package.
- You must clear the remaining COD amount before reshipping.
Q: Why is my delivery delayed?
A: Delays may happen due to courier issues beyond our control. We work with trusted partners like Bluedart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, and XpressBees.
📫 Shipping Policy
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A:
- Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days post confirmation.
- Delivery takes 7–10 days, depending on your location.
Q: What if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
A: Please report this within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
After 48 hours, we may not be able to help.
Q: What happens if my package is returned due to non-delivery?
A: We will try contacting you via call/email for 3 months. Post that, we cannot guarantee redelivery.
