Refund Policy

Refund, Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy

 

Returns will be entertained in the following conditions.

  1. Wrong item was dispatched as against the item selected during order confirmation.
  2. There is a defect in the product
  3. Wrong charm or spelling mistake
  4. The item was damaged when received by the customer
  5. If we are not able to replace the same item.

 

Once we receive and review the returned product, we will ship a new item out. In case we are out of stock, we will refund the amount. All effort will be made to inform the customer from time to time about the refund, return or exchange of the product.

The item should not be in used condition and must be returned in original packaging including any other item included in the product such as name tag, charm, coupons, invoice etc. Any complaint should be raised within 3 days of receiving the product or within 3 days after we ask you for additional details such as image or order number or to verify.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we may send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We may notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 amount of days.

If any charm is missed from our side we will refund the amount proactively. 

If any product of a hamper is wrong then the refund will be processed only for that single product and not for the entire hamper. 

If due to any technical error, payment gets processed twice then we can either a full store credit or refund after deducting 5% as processing charges.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Also, items where discount codes have been applied are also not eligible for refunds.

Shipping

We have partnered with a reputed logistic company and items will be shipped using this partner.

Items are shipped within 2-3 working days post order confirmation and takes about 7-10 days to reach depending on the destination.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If we receive the package back from the courier company due to non-delivery, we will attempt to reach out to customer via call, email for 3 months. Post 3 months, we cannot be held responsible for re-delivery. 

Cancellation Policy

Products once ordered cannot be CANCELLED as the products are customized and cannot be reused or resold by us to another customer.
