Here’s a polished version you can use as a Google review or customer feedback:
I ordered a family passport holder around the 16th and was initially informed that it would be delivered by the 20th. However, due to some technical issue with the courier company, I received an email saying that the delivery had been delayed until the 26th.
Since I was boarding a flight on the morning of the 26th, I was understandably concerned. I contacted the Junket team and spoke with a gentleman who immediately understood my situation and escalated the matter with the courier company.
I’m happy to say that, thanks to their prompt assistance, I received the passport holder today—well in time for my trip!
A big thank you to the Junket team for taking my concern seriously and going the extra mile to help. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!
Not to mention the quality of the product is top notch as well. Loved it. Thank you..!!!
Nice soft leather and good packaging. Family passports up to 6 with all cash and card at same place
Absolutely loved our family passport cover from The Junket! ✈️🤎 The quality and finish are beautiful, and I especially love the personalised name tags for each family member. It looks elegant, feels sturdy, and makes travelling with our passports so much more organised. The little travel details make it extra special too! 🌍✨ Definitely recommend it!
I would have given 5 star but giving 4 star rating just because I had ordered Emerald Green colour for my cover but I got a call that it is not currently available so I had to go with another colour… rest all experience is good.
Great Quality and Heavy n Stylish Cover
Product is good, packaging is also okay but you should give the box 1 size larger. Products doesn't fit in the box properly. Rest is okay. Printing quality is also good
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
I recently purchased a custom Arms Licence cover from The Junket, and I’m genuinely impressed. The leather quality feels premium, the customization is exactly as requested, and the finishing is neat and elegant. Every detail, from the name plate to the charms, is crafted beautifully.
The product looks even better in person than in the pictures. It’s sturdy, stylish, and definitely worth the price. If you’re looking for a high-quality personalized licence or passport cover, I highly recommend The Junket. Great craftsmanship and an excellent overall experience! 👌💯
Hi Gurjant, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you love the custom Arms Licence cover and appreciate your kind words about our craftsmanship. It was a pleasure creating something special for you. Thanks for recommending The Junket!
Hi Team,First, I want to thank the entire team at The Junket for delivering the product on time. I was starting to lose faith amid all the scams out there, and the delayed responses to my queries were making me nervous.
Quality: I really like the quality of the product at this price point. I've read multiple reviews, and people need to remember that everything depreciates and needs servicing eventually. Still, your product should easily last 4-5 years, which makes it well worth it.
Suggestion: The only area for improvement is the communication channel—responses should be immediate to avoid creating doubt in customers.
Thank you to the owner as well; after watching your FAQ videos, I regained my confidence!

So for buying for myself to gifting to family and friends, I am hooked on to Junket. Their packaging and timely deliveries are another plus. And they gift wrap it also !

Just wowwwwwww!
I'm not usually one to write reviews, even when prompted, I always get those follow-up emails asking for feedback, but I just don't get around to it. This passport cover, though, is a game-changer. It's so good that I'm writing this review with total satisfaction. It's worth every single penny, and it's so cool to have my passport in such a lovely cover. The luggage tags are also wonderful—I'm so impressed. I'll definitely recommend you guys to everyone i know. Thank you for such an awesome product!
