About my recent purchase experience

Recently I purchased mr and mrs passport covers from this website they are really nice to see I am completely happy with my purchase but when I am buying the one who is handling their Instagram website told me not to apply offer so that I wil get luggage tags for free even after not applying the offer I didn’t get any luggage tags so don’t trust those words and go blindly
